This light refreshing sauce is perfect with crispy cold oysters. Please note: we are not responsible for the aphrodisiac quality of any oysters you may consume, nor for what might happen afterwards.

Ingredients: Print Ingredients
2 tblsp. grapefruit juice 1/8 c. dry white wine 1/8 c. champagne vinegar 1 tblsp. finely chopped shallots Freshly cracked black pepper

Prepare:
Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.
|
How To Serve:
Pour into a small ramekin large enough for an oyster to dip into. Place in the middle of the oyster plate.
