Guacamole
Description:

Simple? Maybe. But how often do you make guacamole in the winter time? I like this as a starter to a meal. Plus, it's fun to lick the salt off of the sides of someone's lips... you know?!

Ingredients: Print Ingredients

4 ripe avocadoes
Juice of 2 limes
Salt to taste
2 small Jalapeno or Serrano chilies, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 medium plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 small white onion, diced

Prepare
:

Halve the avocadoes lengthwise and remove the pits. With a deep soup spoon, carve out the avocado flesh and place into a bowl. Gently mash with a fork. Stir in lime juice, chilies and salt. Top with diced tomato and onion.
